Please arrive on time to your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we will have to reschedule.
Cancellation

If you are a no show, you will be responsible to pay for the service in full. You will also be required to send a deposit for all appointments moving forward.

Cancellation must be made 24 hours in advance. If you cancel within less than 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged a cancellation fee of $30.

You must arrive to your appointment with a clean face (no makeup) and clean lashes.
Preparation

If you wear contact lenses, please remove them prior to your session. After your appointment, you can put them back in, so make sure to bring spare lenses or a proper lens case.

When you arrive at the entrance, if the gates are still up, you can go through.

If the gates are down, use the middle lane & dial 035 so that Tatiana can open them for you.
Arrival
-
Once you are near the house, you can use any parking spot with a circle. Don't park in numbered spaces.

When you arrive, text Tatiana so that she can let you in.
